Territoriales) est en cours de d\u00e9ploiement.<\/p>\n                  <p><em>Cette mission, pouvant \u00eatre port\u00e9e&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em>par un EHPAD<\/em><\/strong><em>, ainsi que le pr\u00e9voit l\u2019article 47 de la LFSS 2022 et l\u2019article D. 312-155-0 du code de l\u2019action sociale et des familles, ou&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em>par un service \u00e0 domicile<\/em><\/strong><em>, ainsi que le pr\u00e9voit l\u2019article D. 312-7-2<\/em>,\n                    permet aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de vieillir chez elle le plus longtemps possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un accompagnement \u00e0 domicile renforc\u00e9.<\/p>\n                  <p>Elle intervient lorsque l\u2019accompagnement classique d\u00e9j\u00e0 assur\u00e9 par un service d\u2019aide ou de soins \u00e0 domicile n\u2019est plus suffisant pour rester \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n                  <p><strong>Cette mission comporte deux modalit\u00e9s d\u2019intervention
